SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a conformation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages once shipped.

Due to the nature of hair care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
